Our April meeting has moved up a week to April 12th at the Irvington Location. Get ready to move with Chair Yoga with Ed Bauer. Be sure to wear comfy, easy to move in clothes and bring some water!

Current Meeting

Guests are welcome and invited to attend two meetings for free.

We currently meet at Harris County Department of Education on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

2025 Membership is now open.

If you are a new member, please allow 48 hours for your membership to be processed and up to 30 days for full MQG membership.
